i highly recommend both this brand and this vitamin B12 product. I had a deficiency show up on a blood test & my doctor recommended supplementing with a B12 vitamin. I’ve been taking this sort of product for years but from other brands and highstreet shops. I’ve found a real difference from taking these. For me the most noticeable difference is i’m less tired (maybe a disadvantage for my partner) and my skin is looking better.

Capsules are super easy to swallow even for a drama queen like me and contains all the daily requirements for a healthy immune system, skin and nails etc.

Part of my daily routine and for me i’ve found these really good value for money when compared to competitors who don’t offer as much per capsule – worth checking out some of YFT other products as you get more per capsule than what i’ve found from others.
