Product Review

This is an excellent treadmill for low intensity training, and training for running at moderate speeds. Due to the built-in incline mechanism, it's perfect to stress your muscles to simulate running on mostly any real-world condition.

However, because of the cushioned deck (which is great for the knees!), you may find it hard to run on tarmac at the same speeds that you can build up on this machine. But for training for running on grass surfaces, this is just fine.

It's relatively easy to put together - just requires a few screws to be put in place. So not too hard. It is very heavy though - so definitely a two person job.

The only disappointment is that the delivery people refused to open the package to check contents for damage in transit, and to take away packaging materials. Which I believe, should be part of any large item delivery, just in case of damage in transit, as well as for recycling packaging materials.

Although, the packaging was great and the product arrived absolutely undamaged and well before it's slotted delivery date, so that was great.

Update: After using this treadmill for a few weeks now, I can confirm that it's a great treadmill. The cushioning isn't just a Reebok buzzword - it actually works. I can run for longer without any adverse effect on my knees. Compared to my last treadmill, this one feature alone makes this treadmill a great buy at this price-point.

The speakers are rubbish though - it's just a tick-box feature on the spec-sheet. As is the information display - there are many better treadmill displays at this price point.

But the strong motor, the many incline settings, the cushioned deck, and the many programmes that are great for HIIT workouts, make this a truly great buy at this price point.
